On October 4th from 10am to 10pm, STEP For A Better World Leo Club members gathered to sort and organize 3000 books by genre to make it easier for the organizations that we are donating to. We would like to thank our Lion Advisor Jessica Shah, Lion Gloria Shah, Project Lead Pranav Joshi, Mentor Abhinav Pandey, Vice President Caryn Hong, Treasurer Anurag Thogarchedu, Secretary Rishima Kasi, Reva Alladi, Anika Bawa, Ariya Kaur, Temirlan Nurtayev, Krisha Shah, Ishita Pandey, Snigdha Kasi, and Ashish Joshi. After this, Advisor Jessica, Pranav, Ashish, Anurag, Tim, Abhinav, Ishita, and Dhirendra dropped off 1165 books to Eastern Service Workers Association. Total books collected was 2,988.

STEP For A Better World Leo Club donated 100 books to Plainsboro Food Pantry for the Learning packages that they are creating in which books, notebooks, markers, coloring pencils, erasers, drawing books, postits, and pencils are being included. These packages will be given to low income families to help suppprt them during these unprecedented times. We would like to thank Lion advisor Gloria Shah for bringing this opportunity to us and thank Project Lead Pranav Joshi and STEP advisor Jessica Shah for dropping them off. Thank you to President Ananya Udyaver for setting aside 100 books from our 2988 count to be donated to this initiative. Thank you Krisha Shah for designing this flyer.

On October 16, STEP For A Better World Leo Club completed the last drop off of books to Trenton Area Soup Kitchen. @tasksoupkitchen received 1,673 books out of the 2,988 that were collected. Thank you to Pranav Joshi for leading this successful drive. Thank you to Advisor Jessica Shah, Lion Gloria Shah, Mentor Abhi Pandey, and President Ananya Udyaver for dropping off the books.
